- Project Scope & Proposals: All services will be documented in a formal proposal or statement of work, outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any work falling outside the agreed-upon scope will be considered a separate project and may require a new agreement.
- Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide all necessary information, content (text, images, etc.), and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the project schedule. Delays in providing these materials may result in project timeline extensions.
- Payments: All payment schedules and fees will be detailed in the project proposal. Late payments may result in a suspension of work and a late fee, as specified in your agreement.
- Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, Shoutbox Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final, delivered website and system designs. We retain the right to use the project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes. Any third-party assets used will be subject to their own licensing terms.

2. Communications
By using our Services, you agree to receive communications from us, including via email and text messages.
SMS/Text Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt-in to our SMS program, you are providing your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Shoutbox Solutions.
- Opt-In: You can opt-in by submitting a form on our website or by texting JOIN to our designated short code or phone number. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
